The golden autumn in September was the harvest time, and it was also the annual recruitment season for SIS student union. The two-day student union recruitment activity was successfully completed under the strict screening of the ministers and vice ministers from various departments of SIS.

There were two rounds of interview for the recruitment. The first round of interview focused on the candidates' self cognition and their advantages. Each department minister asked various ways to get a detailed and comprehensive understanding of the freshmen. In the second round of interview, the candidates mainly talked with the ministers and vice ministers of each department individually. This not only deepened the understanding between the candidates and the interviewer, but also made the candidates fully understand the characteristics of each department, which was conducive to mutual selection. Therefore, the candidates could gave full play to their strengths and the departments could explore their candidates to the greatest extent. After heated discussion and strict selection, the student union selected a group of capable and attitude freshmen cadres.

The successful election of the student union is expected to make the student union full of vitality. It is also hoped that the student union can give each new student a good start.
